Limited capacity each season. Inquiry first, by application.

The Container

A private week, shaped around one practitioner.

Each immersion is built from the same architecture but never delivered the same way twice. The arc is fixed; the contents are tuned to who is in front of us.

  • Private sanctuary stay in Bali — accommodation, meals, and full hospitality.
  • Daily 1:1 sessions across somatic intelligence, breathwork, and integration.
  • Bespoke water temple ceremony, held with local elders in full context.
  • Quiet hours, body-led pacing, and unstructured time built into every day.
  • A pre-arrival call to clarify intention, and a post-immersion integration call.
  • Carefully curated reading, journaling prompts, and recordings to take home.

What We Work With

Six pillars, met in sequence and depth.

Stillness

Silence and sensory centering as the foundation — the unhurried opening that everything else rests on.

Somatic Mastery

Body-led work to regulate, release, and rebuild the felt sense of being in your own life.

Breathwork

Conscious breath as ritual — used to open, regulate, and integrate states throughout the week.

Ceremony

Held space for the practices that mark transitions, including the Balinese water temple work.

Embodiment

Specific work for leaders and creators — power that is felt, not performed.

Integration

The work after the work — translating insight into the textures of an everyday life.

What You Will Receive

Three threads, woven across the immersion.

A Container Built for One

The arc is shaped to one practitioner only.

  • Private accommodation in the sanctuary
  • A schedule paced to your nervous system
  • Full discretion and confidentiality

Direct, Considered Work

Daily one-to-one sessions, deliberate and unhurried.

  • Somatic, breath, and ceremony in sequence
  • Quiet hours and silence built into the rhythm
  • No group dynamics — no hiding, either

Integration That Lasts

The week is not the work. The work is what comes after.

  • Pre-arrival call to clarify intention
  • Take-home recordings, prompts, and references
  • A follow-up integration call after return

The Next Step

Begin your immersion.

A short note is enough to start. We respond personally and set a discovery call from there.

Who This Is For

For those who arrive ready to slow down.

The 1:1 immersion is small, deliberate, and not for everyone. It is built for practitioners who want a private container, who already know that intensity is not the same as depth, and who can give the work a full week of attention.

It is for

  • Leaders and founders carrying consequential decisions, looking to reset rather than recover.
  • Creators in seasons of transition who need to find their own rhythm again.
  • Long-time practitioners ready for a private container instead of another group retreat.
  • Those who have worked privately before and value discretion, pacing, and tailored attention.

It is not for

  • Those looking for entertainment, intensity for its own sake, or a quick fix.
  • Anyone unable to set the work aside for the duration of the week.
  • Those who would prefer the camaraderie of a group cohort — our retreats are a better fit.

Voices

From past practitioners.

I came expecting to be pushed. Instead I was met with a slowness I had forgotten was possible — and that slowness changed something I could not name on my own.

— A founder

Three-day container, last season

It was the first week in a decade where I was not asked to perform anything. I went home with a clarity I am still working with months later.

— A creative director

Seven-day immersion

The water temple ceremony alone would have been enough. The rest of the week was simply the careful preparation for it.

Frequently Asked

Questions, plainly answered.

Who is the 1:1 immersion for?

Practitioners who want a private container instead of a group cohort — typically leaders, founders, and creators in seasons of consequential transition. It is for those who already know that intensity is not the same as depth, and who can give the work a full week of attention.

I am new to somatic work — is this suitable?

It can be, but the pre-arrival call is where we decide together. Newer practitioners sometimes do better with a Single Day or Three-Day Container before the full week. We will not place you in a container that does not fit.

How is the immersion delivered?

In-person at our Bali sanctuary. The location and accommodation are confirmed once your application is accepted and the container is set. Online-only work is not part of this offering — the placement is intentional.

How does the application process work?

Begin a conversation through the form below. We respond personally — usually within a few days — and from there we set a discovery call. The container is only confirmed after that call, so we can both make sure it is the right fit.

What about discretion and confidentiality?

Total. We do not name our 1:1 practitioners publicly, share testimonials with identifying details, or discuss the work outside of the container. Many of those we work with require this.

How are payments and cancellations handled?

A deposit secures the container after the discovery call; the balance is due before arrival. Specific terms are shared during application. Cancellations are handled case by case, with the conditions agreed in writing before deposit.

How is this different from your group retreats?

The arc shares a common architecture. The 1:1 strips away group dynamics, paces the schedule to one nervous system, and lets us tune every session to the practitioner in front of us. If group containers feel right to you, our seasonal retreats may be a better fit.

Is there an integration call after the immersion?

Yes — a follow-up integration call is included for the Three-Day Container and Seven-Day Immersion. The Single Day option can add one optionally. The follow-up is where most of the lasting work actually lands.
